In 2025, members of the Petworth Drawing Club were invited to submit illustrations for flyers to advertise the group in our neighborhood of Washington, DC.

The brief was to submit a square, black-and-white design that captures the spirit of the club.

I drew four characters of different ages sitting together and drawing on the same surface, a reflection of the creative, collaborative, and welcoming environment this group has provided for our neighbors since it began.
